Kara Kelley
Owner and President
Kara joined the Asher team in 2007, where she quickly rose to a key member of the management team. In 2016 she was named president, and in 2022 became a co-owner of the now women-owned agency. An imaginative thinker and decisive problem solver, Kara is regarded as one of the country’s leading retail franchise experts. Her vision and leadership are respected and in-demand at the corporate level and with franchisees across the country. Kara is an astute team builder who works tirelessly to grow her clients’ business and the Asher brand. Kara graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Marketing Management.

Megan Bennett

Megan is a results-driven financial leader. She has a proven track record of excellence in strategic financial management, corporate development and team leadership. With a career spanning diverse industries, Megan has consistently and reliably delivered measurable results, while also fostering collaborative and efficient environments. In 2022 she became a co-owner of the now women-owned agency. Able to juggle multiple roles, Megan leads the finance, administrative and human resources teams at Asher. A CFA Charter Holder, Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from Boston College, as well as an MBA from Indiana University.

Jill has been a vital part of the Asher team for 30 years. She has extensive experience in the purchase of local, regional, national and international media, including television, radio, print, outdoor and digital. An expert in the art of media strategy and negotiation, Jill oversees the development of effective and attention-getting media plans. Jill is a graduate of Ball State University.

Margaret specializes in the development of branding campaigns, highly responsive media, PR initiatives and public media relations. Her professional experience with state agencies has given her a deep understanding of the psyche of Hoosiers. Margaret brings her experience with state agencies, along with franchise operations and retail marketing, to her role, forming strong, trusted relationships with clients. She is a graduate of DePauw University.

David has been involved with media and brand strategy for more than 25 years, including 15 years in the field of digital marketing. He oversees Asher’s digital media strategy and paid media campaigns. His career experience includes building digital media strategy for a variety of clients, including franchise operations, state-run organizations, B2B companies and retail businesses. David holds a degree from Southern Illinois University.

An expert in marketing and social media strategy, Anthony has more than 20 years’ experience. He approaches his work with one simple goal: to help others understand our changing communication environment. Anthony also teaches college courses in communication, marketing, productivity and social media. He is a graduate of Salem State University, Indiana University and Indiana Tech.

Molly is a seasoned problem-solver with proven skills in client relations, strategy development and leadership. She established her career in public relations and communication in the non-profit sector and her agency work has focused on consumer communications and B2B messaging with a variety of target audiences. Molly holds a BA in media and public communication and a master’s in professional communication from Purdue University.

Brandon oversees Asher’s internal web development team, working hands-on with all stages of projects, from technical discovery and wireframes to launches and client training. As a creative who’s also an analytical thinker, Brandon believes web design and development offers the perfect left brain/right brain synergy. He graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a degree in Fine & Commercial Art.

A multidisciplinary designer and problem solver, Jen has returned to Asher where she was an art director early in her career. While away, she won numerous awards for her work and grew into collaborative leader and respected creative director, managing teams for national in-house marketing teams and a Detroit-based agency. Jen holds a degree in Graphic Design & Illustration from Indiana University.
