Asher GFW 2023 Small Business of the Year

Asher Agency is the recipient of the Greater Fort Wayne 2023 Small Business of the Year Award. The award honors a small business’s success and the contributions they have made to Allen County’s economic growth.

“We are excited and humbled to be presented with the 2023 Small Business of the Year Award” Asher President, CEO, and Owner Kara Kelley said. “We are proud to be members of Greater Fort Wayne and could not be more thrilled to receive this award. It’s our privilege to contribute to the community that we’re proud to call home.”

For a nominee to be eligible, the business must be in Allen County, be a GFW Inc. investor in good standing, been in business for more than five years, had a revenue of less than $5 million in 2021, have no more than 50 full-time employees, be independently operated and owned and a for-profit entity.

“After nearly 50 years in business, and now certified by the State of Indiana as a Women Business Enterprise, we are extremely proud of this recognition by Greater Fort Wayne,” Asher CFO/Owner Megan Bennett said.
